Sometimes when you have come down with the Winter’s flu (like I have) you may crave for something salty and sweet at the same time. Have you tried Karen Lee’s Kitchen Salted Caramel Sauce? A good balance of sweet and salty in this smooth, thick and delicious sauce. It’s great with fresh bananas and pear. That’s what I had it with. I haven’t tried it yet but I wonder if you can make hot salted caramel milkshake with it too? If anyone has tried that, please let me know how it turns out.
